An academic transcript is simply a chronological listing of all course work completed at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, formerly Our Lady of the Lake College. The transcript also includes semester and cumulative grade point information, transfer credit information, and degree information.
An official transcript is printed on colored security paper and bears the Registrar's signature. In most cases, the official transcript is sent directly to another institution of higher learning either by mail or electronically; or to a place of employment. However, an official transcript can be sent to any third party recipient you wish to send it to.
Transcript fees: Current students may receive up to ten official transcripts free of charge per semester. Additional transcripts can be printed for $1.00 each. Former students must request transcripts via TranscriptsPlus.
NOTE: Holds for financial and/or other obligations to the University may prevent transcript release. Transcript orders for students with holds will be held for 10 business days and then cancelled. Any cancelled order will require the student to place a new order.
Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University uses TranscriptsPlus® by Scrip-Safe International™ as its trusted third-party provider for facilitating online transcript ordering as well as sending/receiving electronic official transcripts through the eScrip-Safe™ network with participating institutions. This process is completely secure.
The first time you use this service you will set up your account with TranscriptsPlus®. You will provide your current/former names, address, student ID, and other information. You will be able to log in to your account and update your information whenever you need.
Because Federal Law requires your signature in order to release your academic records, you will be required to complete a Consent Form and send it to Scrip-Safe by fax, mail or image upload. This Consent Form is created as part of the account set-up process and your signed copy will remain on file with Scrip-Safe to cover your future Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University transcript requests through TranscriptsPlus®.
Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University provides current students up to 10 official transcripts free of charge per semester. However, a $3.00 convenience fee per transcript will be charged by Scrip-Safe International™ per online order. This fee is payable at the time the order is placed. TranscriptsPlus® uses the most current security available to protect your credit card and personal information.
You may check the status of your order by going to www.transcriptsplus.net/order and clicking the "Check the Status of My Order" link. You will need your original order number as well as the Student ID number or Social Security number that you entered on your order. You will also receive email notifications of your order status, including any processing delays due to holds that may be on your account.
If you would like to request a transcript in person, come to the Registrar's office and fill out in person at:

A co-curricular transcript (CCT) is a record of a student’s involvement and academic experiences at FranU. Examples include student organizations, leadership positions, volunteer hours, and educational programs and workshops. Students must first log all of their activities within their GivePulse Account, then they can download their CCT through GivePulse. When a student logs in to their GivePulse account they can click on the “my activity” tab at the top of the page. Once that menu drops down they will click “impacts”. On the right side of the page there’s a button that says “print summary” this brings them to their transcript that students can print or download.
