Yes, the course includes the content from the RBT Task List 2nd Edition and more. The course also offers an in-person skills training/assessment following completion of the online modules.
The training program is only 8 weeks and is flexible in that the instruction mainly occurs online, progression through the online modules is self-paced. The course instructors are doctoral-level behavior analysts. There is an in-person skills training/assessment following completion of the online modules. As a student, you have access to all the university’s student services and are granted college credit upon completion. Job placement services are also offered for those who complete the course.
No, following completion of the training program you’ve met the requirements necessary to apply to take the national certification examination through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®). Other requirements may can be found in the RBT Handbook.
The Skills Workshop will be held at the Emerge Center in Baton Rouge during finals week.
