The topic for this class is added sugar and its effect on health. In this class, participants will learn the importance of limiting added sugars and will complete a fun activity with guidance from a registered dietitian. Door prizes will be handed out. Also, blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose checks will be available for participants afterwards.
