PTA Faculty

Tasha Womack, PT, DPT, MPA
Dr. Tasha Womack is a native of Baton Rouge, LA, and received a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2010 and a M.A. in Public Administration in 2011 from Louisiana State University. She received her DPT from Marymount University in Arlington, Va in 2015. Dr. Womack became a Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist in 2021. Her areas of experience include outpatient therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities.

Dr. Womack was previously an adjunct instructor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, where she taught Professionalism III and Rehabilitation with Prosthetics and Orthotics prior to becoming the PTA Program Director in 2022. In the PTA program she is responsible for content in Neuroscience, Pathophysiology, and Clinical Sciences I and III. In her free time, Dr. Womack enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports and exercising, and travel.

April Graham, PTA, MEd
Mrs. Graham received her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from LSU-BR in May of 2007. She is also a former graduate of the FranU PTA Program. She obtained her Master's in Education from LSU-Shreveport in the Spring of 2024. Prior to her arrival to Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, Mrs. Graham worked for more than five years in the orthopedic outpatient setting before venturing into a variety of settings such as skilled nursing facilities, in-patient rehabilitation and acute care. In her free time, she enjoys activities with her family, teaching dance, and trying new food recipes. Mrs. Graham’s teaching responsibilities include , Human Development, Introduction to Patient Care, Clinical Science II and IV, and all Clinical Education courses.
