Program Overview
The Nutrition minor provides students with a strong foundation in the science of human health and wellness. Through courses in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, endocrinology and human nutrition, students gain an understanding of how the body functions and how nutrition impacts overall health. This program is ideal for students pursuing careers in healthcare, fitness or related fields, as well as those preparing for graduate studies in health sciences.
To earn the minor, students must complete 18 credit hours with a grade of C or better as outlined in the curriculum.
