Biography
Aimee Serio has been a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist since 2004. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In 2026, she received her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Kansas. She began her career at Our Lady of Lourdes where she specialized in acute care nutrition and clinical nutrition management before joining Fran U in 2021. Aimee maintains membership and leadership roles in many state and national organizations, and she currently serves as an assistant professor and clinical education director in the MSNS program.
