Biography

Aimee Serio holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a Master of Science in Applied Life Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has 17 years of experience in acute care and clinical nutrition management and serves as an assistant professor in Nutritional Sciences and the Director of Clinical Education for the MSNS Program at Franciscan Missionaries of our Lady University. In this role, she is committed to educating and mentoring dietetic students in their quest to fulfill their educational and professional goals in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Aimee has been enrolled in the Doctor of Clinical Education program at the University of Kansas Medical Center since 2022 and anticipates graduating in 2026.
