Biography
Dr. Turner is a New Orleans native, and has resided in Baton Rouge for the past 24 years. He has had a career in education spanning 23 years, with 19 of those years as a professional educator. He is married to his beautiful wife and has two sons, with family being his second love, and God being his first.
