Biography

Beth Crochet is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and has practiced in a variety of settings and anesthesia practice models since 2010. Mrs. Crochet obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2022, and her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Christian University in 2010. Dr Crochet has served as an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing since her hire in 2019. She teaches courses threaded throughout the Nurse Anesthesia Program's curriculum including the Anesthesia Skills and Simulation Lab. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology, Louisiana Association of Nurse Anesthetists and volunteers with the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
