Biography

Caroline Wallace is an accomplished Human Resources and operations strategic leader with 30 years of progressive people operations and leadership experience driving culture and change transformation. She has worked in several industries including higher education, healthcare and engineering. Her experience includes employee relations, recruitment, conflict resolution as well as payroll, benefits administration, training and development, and labor and employment law. Caroline graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southern University and A&M College and obtained both a graduate degree in Human Resources and MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
