Biography
Esther Penns is a passionate Student Affairs leader dedicated to student success, engagement and retention. With over 17 years of experience in higher education, she specializes in academic advising, student retention strategies and holistic student development. Her work is driven by a deep sense of responsibility to empower students, helping them navigate their academic journeys while fostering meaningful connections that support their personal and professional growth. At the core of her mission is a commitment to investing in the next generation'guiding students to explore their potential, embrace new opportunities and develop into confident, purpose-driven individuals. Through innovative programming, strategic collaboration and a student-centered approach, she strives to create environments where students thrive academically, socially and emotionally. She is a firm believer that education extends beyond the classroom, and she is dedicated to shaping transformative experiences that inspire lifelong learning and servant leadership.
