Biography

Pearce Cinman is a native of Atlanta, GA and was raised between Atlanta and Baton Rouge until he went to Charleston, SC to attend the Citadel. Pearce is a 3-time alumnus of Louisiana State University; he possesses a B.A. with a focus on Industrial Sociology, as well as master's degrees in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Public Administration (M.P.A.) focusing on Public Policy, Economic Development, and Organizational Behavior. He is also a graduate of LSU's Center for Internal Audit program. He has served in industry and as an educator for over 23 years, including on community boards in education, the arts and historical preservation. Pearce has over 20 years of direct practice in business policy and development, including as a small business owner, a fiscal analyst at the state legislative-level, a public/private sector policy researcher (BI), a business lobbyist, and has been with FranU since 2017.
