Biography
Kathryn Fakier has been a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist for 15 years. Her career began at Our Lady of the Lake where she became a board certified specialist in oncology nutrition before joining FranU to build the MSNS program in 2016. Kathryn has received many accolades throughout her career, including Outstanding Dietitian of the Year, and currently serves as an associate professor and program director for the MSNS program.
