Biography
Lisa Loustalot serves as the Academic Support Coordinator for the Physician Assistant Program at FranU. She joined FranU in 2019 and has been part of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System for 30 years. With a decade of experience as an academic coordinator, she has worked extensively with both residents and students. In her current role, Lisa is responsible for organizing key program events and ceremonies including the white coat ceremony, pinning and awards ceremony, graduation, preceptor orientation and Physician Assistant Week. She ensures adherence to university and program-specific health and safety policies as well as compliance with accreditation standards. Her duties also include managing faculty and student schedules, maintaining program calendars, conducting meetings, collecting and analyzing survey data from students, alumni and faculty and handling official communications such as student emails and verification letters. Lisa coordinates the online Moodle orientation for incoming students and oversees their access to essential systems. Additionally, she proctors exams and skills assessments during both the didactic and clinical phases of the program and provides ongoing support to faculty and staff across a range of program needs.
