Biography

Dr. Tracy Lepper earned her bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, where she also completed three years of graduate training before transferring to Texas Christian University. At TCU, she obtained both her master's and doctoral degrees. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2013, Dr. Lepper has extensive clinical experience delivering behavior analytic services and conducting assessments for diverse populations, including individuals with autism (adults and children), cognitive challenges including dementia, traumatic brain injuries, and juvenile sex offenders. Her research interests encompass a wide range of topics, such as the assessment and treatment of non-socially mediated problem behavior, language acquisition, procedures used to establish conditioned reinforcers, research methodologies, stimulus preference assessments, and prompting strategies.
