The Franciscan Experience 2026

Thank you for your interest in The Franciscan Experience. This summer institute seeks participants who are mission-oriented, desire to find meaning and purpose, have a theological curiosity and possess a heart for serving others, especially the poor.

The summer Institute will take place July 13–18.

Applications will open on February 16 and are accepted through May 29 or until all available spaces are filled. Applications are reviewed by the TFE Summer leadership team, which includes FranU faculty, staff and students. Each application is prayerfully considered, and we ask that all responses be authentic and honest.

Please note that participation is limited to support the mission of TFE Summer and to accommodate logistical considerations related to our service sites. While we wish we could accept all applicants, we appreciate your understanding.
