Distinguished Graduate
Benjamin Boudreaux, MBA
Health Service Administration, Class of 2007
A 2007 graduate, Benjamin Boudreaux has built a career marked by integrity, collaboration and faith-driven leadership. As Chief Executive Officer of the NeuroMedical Center, he guides the organization’s strategic, financial and operational success while remaining grounded in humility and service. Boudreaux’s leadership style reflects the Franciscan values that shaped his education, emphasizing joyfulness, reverence for life and a commitment to healthcare as ministry. A dedicated member of FranU’s Board of Trustees, he has chaired key initiatives including the Centennial Gala and Board Development Committee. Widely respected in the healthcare community and recognized with honors such as the Louisiana American College of Healthcare Executives Regent’s Award, Boudreaux continues to lead with wisdom and authenticity, making a lasting impact on both FranU and the broader community.
Shining Star
Joshua Todd, DNP-A, CRNA, MBA
Nurse Anesthesia, Class of 2017
Joshua Todd’s career blends clinical expertise, executive leadership and dedicated service. A Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia and MBA graduate, Joshua currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Chief Nurse Anesthetist at DPI Anesthesia and will soon step into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at Spine Hospital of Louisiana. Licensed in four states, he previously practiced at Houston Methodist’s DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center, caring for patients undergoing high-risk cardiovascular procedures and organ transplants before returning home to Baton Rouge. In addition to his leadership roles, Todd invests deeply in education as affiliate faculty for FranU’s Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia program and adjunct faculty for Louisiana State University’s Master of Business Administration program, where he designed and launched a healthcare operations course. Recognized as a Greater Baton Rouge Forty Under 40 honoree and active in numerous professional and community organizations, Todd embodies innovation, mentorship and servant leadership in healthcare.
Rising Star
Kayla Jacobs, B.S.R.T. (R) (ARRT)
Radiologic Technology, Class of 2021
Since graduating from FranU in 2021, Kayla Jacobs has quickly built a career defined by excellence. She works full time at Woman’s Hospital and serves patients across the FMOLHS system, including Lake Main Campus and Lake Imaging Center. Committed to growth, Jacobs earned her Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology in 2023 and her Mammography certification later that year. She now gives back as a clinical instructor for FranU’s Radiologic Technology program, playing an integral role in shaping the next generation of professionals. Beyond her career, Jacobs lives out her faith through weekly church service, mentoring high school girls, volunteering at summer camps and serving on mission trips, including work in Mexico and an upcoming trip to Africa. Her dedication to both her profession and her community truly makes her a rising star.
