This course covers assessment techniques for the advanced nursing practice. This course will review evidence based physical, psychosocial, and cultural assessment techniques of individuals, families, and communities across the lifespan. The course will include strategies for incorporating anticipatory guidance and health promotion. Laboratory experience furthers a students knowledge and skill with case study simulations and hands on learning.
