International Students

Currently, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University does not accept international students. Students must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident before they can be considered for admission to the university.

Applicants with Non-U.S. Credentials

Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University requires that any transcript or documentation issued in a language other than English must be evaluated formally by an independent evaluation service. A list of approved International Transcript Evaluation Centers can be found below.

English Proficiency Requirement

In addition to meeting all other applicable requirements for admission, non-native speakers of English must demonstrate sufficient English language proficiency. This can be demonstrated by submitting any one of the following: an SAT verbal/critical reading score of at least 430; an ACT English subtest score of at least 18; a Duolingo English Test score of at least 105; an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test score of at least 6.5; or a TOEFL iBT (internet-based test) score of 79 or paper-based test with sub scores each being 20 or higher.
