What courses are available?

How do I enroll in a course?

Enrolling in a course is easy! Simply browse our course list, select the course you want to take, and click on the "Register" button. You'll be prompted to complete the checkout process and then you'll receive an email to create an account with our learning platform (Reach 360). After that, you can follow the link to our learning platform to find your course.

How long do I have access to the courses?

Once you enroll in a course, you will have access to the learning platform for 120 days. After completing the course, you will have an additional 30 days of access to review the content and any updates. During the course, you can also download any available materials provided, which you can keep forever for your personal reference. This ensures you have access to important resources even after your course access ends.

What if I need help with a course or technical issues?

If you need help with course content or encounter any technical issues, our support team is available to assist you. You can contact us via email. Additionally, you can reach us during business hours by phone.

Can I pause my course and resume later?

Yes! Our courses are designed to be flexible. You can pause your progress at any time and resume where you left off without losing any of your work. This makes it easy to learn at your own pace, even if you need to take a break for personal or professional reasons. Are the courses self-paced?

How can I track my progress?

You can track your progress through your course dashboard on Reach 360. It will display your current completion percentage, the modules you’ve finished, and what’s left to do. Additionally, you will receive a completion certificate once you finish a course, which you can download or share with your network.

Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely! We take your privacy and security very seriously. All personal information provided during registration or payment is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We also comply with data protection regulations to ensure your data is handled securely and privately.

What is the response time for inquiries or support?

We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. During the week, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Over the weekend, our response time may be slightly longer, and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours. Our support team is dedicated to providing timely assistance to ensure your learning experience is smooth and enjoyable.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy for course purchases. If you decide that the course is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not accessed the course content. Once you begin accessing the course materials, the refund policy no longer applies. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details.

Are the courses accredited or certified?

Our courses are designed to provide valuable skills and knowledge, and some courses offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon completion. CEUs are shown in the course description on our website for each applicable course. While our courses are not formally accredited by educational institutions, they provide certification upon completion, which you can use to demonstrate your skills and achievements to employers or on your professional profile.

Can I share my course access with someone else?

Course access is granted on an individual basis, and we ask that you do not share your account or course materials with others. Each learner must enroll separately to ensure they receive the full benefits and support that come with individual access.
