The Bursar's Office will review your request and authorize a voucher amount not to exceed your anticipated financial aid refund. Your voucher will be available within 24 business hours. Once you have used your voucher, the book store will report the amount you spent to the Bursar's Office. That amount will be charged to your student account for the semester, and your financial aid will apply to the charges. By submitting this form, you are giving the Bursar's Office permission to apply your financial aid to the amount you spend on your books.
