What will I learn in the online Bachelor of Business Administration?

The online BBA degree at FranU is designed to develop a solid understanding of business practices and principles while allowing students to pursue a focused track of study that aligns with their interests and goals.

Students will take classes in subjects such as professional interpersonal communication, business administration, business statistics, business law and ethics, professional public speaking, accounting and economics. Graduates of the online bachelor’s degree in business program can pursue careers as business managers, analysts, developers, purchasing managers, operations managers, entrepreneurs, account managers, finance professionals or accountants. Many students also pursue graduate degrees in business, such as master’s degrees in business administration.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the median annual wage for business degree holders is $65,000, and over half of total business degree holders are employed in occupations at a bachelor’s degree level. The BLS also reports that of the kinds of occupations business degree holders are employed in, 89% are employed in one of these six categories: business management and administration, general business, accounting, finance, marketing and market research and other occupations.
