Spring Grad Prep Day 2025

Graduation Prep Day will be held on Monday, February 24th 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The in-person event will take place in room A305 on the third floor of St. Francis Hall. Stop by at your convenience. We suggest planning for 30 minutes to complete your tasks at Grad Prep Day. See the flyer attached for more details.

We understand some of you may not be able to attend due to clinicals. We have extended it to 6pm in hopes to accommodate everyone, but if you cannot make it, please visit the President's Office any day the week of February 24th to pick up your packet.

If you haven’t done so already, please let us know if you plan to attend Grad Prep Day using the registration link below.
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

The in-person event allows you to complete several Graduation tasks in one place: verify diploma info, provide how to pronounce your name, try on/order cap and gown, take Graduation portraits, order announcements, visit with FranU's Alumni Association and Office of Career Services, and more! Rest assured—if you are not able to make it, you'll receive all Graduation details that you and your families need to know!

While the photographer is available 10am-4pm for Grad Prep Day, Graduates will also be able to schedule with the photographer at a time that is best for you.
