Live your faith through service to the least. In honoring our core value of service, FranU emphasizes volunteer and community service opportunities. Thus, service-learning is at the core of our University. Whether it’s volunteering for Habitat for Humanity or a local soup kitchen or shelter, FranU students are encouraged to get involved in hands-on work within their community.
A national building program for reduced housing for the least in society. We build from the ground up and work alongside the homeowner and future owners.
FranU assesses a need and collect items for the needy in our community. We partner with other programs to facilitate a campus wide collection of books, toiletries, or toys for the needy.

Service by assisting the Missionaries of Charity with the needs of the shelter so that women and children staying there are treated with dignity.
Assistance with campus ministry sponsored events bringing awareness and advocacy of global and local issues.
