Wolves at Work Internship Program
Wolves at Work is a collaborative partnership between Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (FranU) and Our Lady of the Lake (OLOL). The program is designed to give students hands-on exposure to a variety of entry-level career paths within the hospital setting. Through structured career exploration and paid internship experience, students gain the skills and insight needed for future employment opportunities.
Program Requirements
Students must:
- Apply through Handshake
- Be matched to an approved internship role
- Interview with Human Resources
- Complete one year as a paid intern prior to job placement consideration
- Explore multiple placement options across hospital departments
- Minimum of 15 hours per week
Wolves at Work: Phlebotomy Training Program
Students who complete the Summer Phlebotomy Training Program may qualify for Fall job placement as a Phlebotomist or other related roles within the hospital.
Phlebotomy Training Program Requirements:
- PRN employment status
- Minimum of 15 hours per week

- Sign up for career fairs, alumni panels and workshops hosted by FranU Career and Vocation services
