The health administration track consists of 120 hours, including 18 devoted to courses that focus on the intersection of business and healthcare. Classes cover topics like labor in healthcare, quality improvement in patient care, health policy, insurance and reimbursement, healthcare delivery systems and population health. Students also have numerous opportunities to apply their skills in a required internship and self-designed capstone project.
Students graduate prepared for administrative and managerial positions in healthcare organizations or systems. In addition, many graduates pursue graduate studies in business, healthcare administration or related fields.
To apply to FranU’s health administration BBA, you must meet the following requirements:
OR an acceptable HiSET exam score of 60 or higher.
OR a General Education Development (GED) test score of 500 or higher.
ACT composite score of 20
SAT math and verbal combined score of 1040
In addition, you may also apply to FranU as test optional. If applying test optional, you must take Math 0310 OR submit a test score for math placement. We accept the following scores for placement into Math 1315:
ACT Math subscore 18 or higher
SAT Math subscore 500 or higher
Accuplacer Quantitative Reasoning ≥250
CLEP College Algebra 50 or higher
